For over two decades, Hillary Kleinman has acquired an extensive background working in the areas of estate planning, estate and gift tax planning, trust administration, and preparing federal estate and gift tax returns. Hillary joined Weitzen Phillips Samuth & Sinex LLP to support our legal team with trust and estate matters and the preparation of federal estate and gift tax returns.

As a military spouse, Hillary has also worked at large and small firms in several states, including an AmLaw 200 firm, and has served in the trust department of a major regional bank. Hillary’s diverse background and her experiences across the country give her a special ability to support our team and navigate the complex structures of estate planning and administration matters.

Hillary earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tufts University and a Juris Doctor from the Boston University School of Law. In each community where the U.S. Navy has stationed her family, Hillary has enjoyed giving back. While stationed in San Diego, she served on the boards of Hebrew Day School and Beth Jacob Congregation, as well as participating in the Jewish Community Foundation’s Endowment Leadership Program.
