Carolina Faccin
Prior to practicing law as an estate, trust and probate attorney, Carolina served as a Deputy Attorney General, where she garnered extensive jury trial and appellate experience. In this role, she represented the Governor’s Office and various state government entities and officials in civil lawsuits, in both state and federal court. Her work included conducting and defending depositions, developing and executing litigation strategies and negotiating settlements. **
Earlier in her career, Carolina worked at the Imperial County Superior Court, first as a judicial assistant to the probate judge and then as a probate examiner. Carolina’s unique and powerful combination of public and private sector experience enables her to be a steadfast advocate for her clients and effectively serve their best interests.
Her significant court room experience and negotiating skills allows her to advise clients in estate planning, trust administration and probate from a different perspective.
