For over 25 years, Jennifer Sinex has advised individuals and families on estate planning, estate, and gift tax planning, trust and probate administration, trust and sub-trust funding, fiduciary accounting and property tax matters.

Jennifer holds a Master of Laws degree in Taxation from the University of San Diego and has been recognized as a Certified Legal Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law, a designation from the State Bar of California reserved for a very small percentage of attorneys. She has served in senior positions at prominent San Diego law firms, including an AmLaw 200 law firm. As a member of the Taxation and Trust and Estates Sections of California Lawyers Association and the Estate Planning, Trusts, and Probate Law Section of the San Diego County Bar Association, she often presents to various organizations on these topics.

Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Juris Doctor and Master of Laws degree in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law. She has been recognized as an AV Preeminent rated attorney, a Best Lawyer© for 2022 and 2023, Women in the Law, and Top Lawyers.

Her service to the community includes serving as Vice Chair of the Scripps Health Gift Planning Advisory Council, and she was also a long-time board member of BSA Venturing Crew 16, a co-ed high adventure backpacking unit for youth sponsored by the Boy Scouts of America.
